Slow Flow Yoga in Westport

Join us for slow flow yoga every Monday morning from July 14th to August 25th at Westport United Church.

These sessions are perfect for all levels with a focus on the breath, alignment and mindfulness.

All you need to bring is a mat, some water and an open mind and heart. If you have props such as straps, bolsters or blocks, bring them along too. A folded blanket can also be nice under the knees during kneeling poses.
