The breath is our source of life. It’s how we welcome source energy into our bodies. It’s vital.

Meditative emboided breathwork is an up-regulated style of meditative breath that promotes self-healing.

These guided 1-hour sessions are a portal to attunement with yourself and the universe.

I was drawn to breathwork out of curiosity; however, it has provided me with deep healing and has re-awakened me.

New Moon and Full Moon Mini Retreats.

Periodically, join me for an evening of deep healing and connection centred around the new or full moon.

Each mini retreat typically features reflective journaling, an opening circle with tea, guided healing breathwork, a card reading, crystal and closing circle.
