Join me up to twice a week for circuit-style boredom-proof 60-minute workouts on the grass.
Each workout includes a full warm-up and cool-down and three stations focusing on cardio & agility, equipment, and bodyweight.
Equipment featured includes: dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, slam balls, skipping ropes, agility ladder, boxes, and the TRX may even make an appearance!
You can sign up for a session at a time for $15 each, or purchase a season pass for $150 (can be pro-rated if you have to join later in the season).
Bring a towel, water and your enthusiasm!
