Group Workouts - Westport, ON.

This summer we’re developing a new group workout community right here in Westport, ON.

These 60-minute group circuit-style workouts are boredom proof.

We’ll begin with a full warm-up and end with a cool-down.

In between, you’ll rotate through three stations: cardio & agility, equipment and bodyweight. Each station includes three different activities and you’ll rotate through the whole thing twice.

All you need to bring is lots of water and a towel.

Workouts will take place on the grass, so check for ticks!

Workouts will typically run on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7:15 pm (though we’ll do Sundays instead of Mondays for the first two weeks).

The cost is $150 for the season (7 weeks, running July 13th - August 27th), or $15 per session to drop in (pre-registration still required).
