Morning Yoga - Sheepover Retreat

Join Jacquie Reeds for an early morning yoga session - a perfect way to start your day.

This session will be feature a gentle slow flow practice with a focus on breath, embodiment and honouring the self.

A mat and some water are most helpful, though a strap and a block or two are also welcomed.
