Virtual Yoga.

Thank you for the great yoga sessions

these past two weeks (and before of course!). Both Sundays I have been blah and unmotivated to get out of bed but I force myself to and am I ever glad I do.

With you as the yoga guide, I always manage to centre myself and get back on course for the day.

Yoga for your body and your mind.

Toss on some comfy clothes, unroll your mat and get centered.

Asana-based yoga (poses with movement) is a powerful way to clear the mind and realign the body and mind. It improves strength, flexibility, balance and mental clarity.

Each practice begins and ends with savasana (shah-VAH-sah-nah), a pose of rest to settle into the body and calm the nervous system.

The flow-style practice allows you to take rest when needed and challenge yourself when desired.

Preparing for your session.

The only thing you really need for yoga is a mat or a comfy place where you can sit, kneel and stand comfortably.

If you have yoga blocks or other props such as straps or bolsters, keep them close by as well.

Blankets, sweaters and cozy socks can be a welcome addition at the end of the practice.

For added ambiance, you may enjoy using a salt lamp, diffuser, candles or incense.
