These circuit-style workouts keep you moving, working and breathing without any risk of boredom.
Each session begins with a full-body warm-up that will assist with mobility and get you ready to rock.
All sessions close with a full-body cool-down that will have you feeling ready to take on the world.
Preparing for your session.
To get the most out of the workouts, have a lighter (3-10 lbs) and heavier (8-20 lbs) set of dumbbells ready.
A yoga mat or similar can make for a soft landing zone for floor work.
Choose to participate barefoot or wearing your favourite workout shoes.
Be sure to have water on hand and perhaps a towel.
Some days you’ll require a straight-backed chair or a strap/belt.
